Registering Your Child for a CCSD School
Steps to Take To Register Your Child for a CCSD School
- Gather required documents. These include:
- Child’s Legal Birth Certificate
- SC Certificate of Immunization
- Notarized Affidavit (form-fillable PDF)
- Proof of Parent’s Residency-
- signed current lease or most recent tax bill
- PLUS one of the following recent documents: utility bill, voter registration, car registration, pay stub, or piece of local/state/federal agency mail
- Contact the school. Visit or call your child’s assigned neighborhood school or the charter or magnet school you would like your child to attend in order to schedule
an appointment. Ask about required applications, forms, or additional required documents.
