Welcome to the webpage of CCSD's Office of Operations, Planning, and Systems Improvement (OPSI)!
OPSI consists of many of the District’s operational components such as Maintenance (repairs and preventive maintenance), Custodial & Grounds, Warehouse & Movement Services, Property and Asset Management, and Community Education. These operations provide services for 77 schools and maintain 1,312 acres of property and approximately 9.0 million square feet of physical plant.
