- Strategy, Planning, and Partnerships Division:
- Strategy & Communications Department (includes the Offices of Communication, and Video Services; also includes the Vision 2016 Strategic Plan and the Sustainable Schools Initiative)
- Organizational Advancement Department (performs Performance Management, Grants, School Choice, and Accreditation & Charters)
- Community Outreach Department (includes the Office of Public Affairs & Volunteers, as well as the Parent Educator, Social Worker, and Parent University programs; also serves as the liaison for the district's Diversity and Wellness Initiatives)
