• Strategy, Planning, and Partnerships Division:
  • Strategy & Communications Department (includes the Offices of Communication, and Video Services; also includes the Vision 2016 Strategic Plan and the Sustainable Schools Initiative)
  • Organizational Advancement Department (performs Performance Management, Grants, School Choice, and Accreditation & Charters)
  • Community Outreach Department (includes the Office of Public Affairs & Volunteers, as well as the Parent Educator, Social Worker, and Parent University programs; also serves as the liaison for the district's Diversity and Wellness Initiatives)
• Academic & Student Support Division:

  • Capital Programs Department (includes facility and space planning as well as coordination of building programs)
  • Finance, Operations, and Human Resources Department (includes the Offices of Operations, Planning & Systems Improvement; Human Resources; Financial Services; Contracts & Procurement; Transportation; Food Services;Risk Management & Security; and Information Technology)
